Quotes and booking
All work is quoted in writing before booking. The quote states the scope, inclusions, exclusions and price; it is fixed once you approve it, and any additional work discovered on site is quoted and approved separately before it is carried out. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Requesting a quote or a callback through this site is an enquiry, not a contract — nothing is booked until you approve a written quote.
Documentation of work
Every visit is documented: the quote states the scope before work begins, and a written summary records what was done when it is complete. Parts and materials we supply come with their manufacturers' own documentation, which we hand over where applicable. Any additional remedies, where offered, are those stated in writing on your individual quote or invoice — nothing on this website constitutes a warranty or guarantee.
Payments and cancellations
Payment terms are stated on each quote; for larger projects, payments are staged against completed work, with the final payment due after snagging is cleared. Scheduled visits can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with reasonable notice; where a team has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply and will always have been stated in advance.
Liability and law
Xpert Hands Elite Technical Services is licensed in Dubai under DED trade licence No. 1604356. We carry insurance appropriate to our trade and take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence during works. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the works giving rise to it, except where the law does not permit such a limit. These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the courts of Dubai. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
