Quotes and booking
All work is quoted in writing before booking. The quote states the scope, inclusions, exclusions and price; it is fixed once you approve it, and any additional work discovered on site is quoted and approved separately before it is carried out. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Requesting a quote or a callback through this site is an enquiry, not a contract — nothing is booked until you approve a written quote.
The workmanship guarantee
Work we carry out is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of the visit, as stated on your invoice. If our workmanship fails in that period, we return and put it right at no charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover new or unrelated faults, fair wear, misuse, or damage caused after we left. Parts and materials we supply carry their manufacturers' warranties in addition.
Payments and cancellations
Payment terms are stated on each quote; for larger projects, payments are staged against completed work, with the final payment due after snagging is cleared. Scheduled visits can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with reasonable notice; where a team has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply and will always have been stated in advance.
Liability and law
We carry insurance appropriate to our trade and take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence during works. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the works giving rise to it, except where the law does not permit such a limit. These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the courts of Dubai. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
