Signs your property needs painting or repair.
Paint problems are usually surface evidence of something structural. Reading them correctly decides whether you are buying decoration or a repair.
Filled without raking out first. The correct repair is deeper, and done once it stops returning.
Moisture behind the film. Painting over it buys weeks; the source has to be found first.
UV breakdown of the coating. Once the binder goes, the surface below is no longer protected.
The finish has lost its washability — common in corridors and children\u2019s rooms, and a sign the coating is spent.
A waterproofing or plumbing fault wearing a paint problem as a disguise. Diagnose, repair, dry, then decorate.
Failed adhesion or movement. Tapping a hollow tile tells you more than looking at it does.
Nothing returns more per dirham at handover than clean paint and repaired surfaces.
Efflorescence — moisture moving through masonry. It needs treating at source before any coating will hold.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Cracks raked and filled, surfaces sanded and primed. Preparation is most of a good paint job; we don't skip it.
Floors sheeted, furniture wrapped, edges taped. Your home stays a home during the work.
Branded paints in finishes chosen with you — washable where children and corridors demand it.
Sample patches on your walls before committing, in your light, not a showroom's.
Cutting-in by hand where it shows. It's the detail everyone notices without knowing why.
Tiling, plaster and waterproofing handled by the same team, under the same quote.
The site is left safe and tidy each evening and properly cleaned at completion.
Thirty days, in writing, on every job.

Painting & Civil Works, the Xpert Hands way.
A paint job fails months before it peels — in the preparation nobody saw. Filling, sanding and priming are where the work actually is, which is why quotes that skip them look cheaper and cost more.
Our painting and civil teams work under one supervisor and one quote, so a repaint that surfaces a damp patch or cracked plaster doesn't stall while you search for a second trade.
In practice that means the guarantee is printed on your invoice with the date, the scope of work and the number to call. No proof-of-purchase hunting, no debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the agreement. It's a small piece of paper that changes the relationship: we return because we said we would, in writing, not because you argued well.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Rooms, surfaces, colours in mind, photographs if useful.
Scope, materials and price in writing before any work is booked.
Protected, prepared, sampled, painted — in that order.
A walkthrough with you at completion, then the written guarantee.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
Your details go to our booking team and nowhere else. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- 30-day written workmanship guarantee
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Overnight messages are answered first thing — if it cannot wait, call instead and a specialist picks up. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a thirty-day workmanship guarantee you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. If that standard slips, you have it on paper — not our word for it.

Our teams are positioned across the city through the day, which is how we reach most of the city quickly, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.

For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with priority response and preferential rates. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Painting and civil work: the preparation economy.
Paint fails in the preparation, months before it peels
The visible part of painting — colour going on walls — is the fast, cheap end of the job. What determines whether it still looks right in three years happens earlier: cracks raked out and properly filled, surfaces sanded and primed, damp traced to its source rather than painted over. Quotes that skip preparation are cheaper by exactly the amount that made them pointless. When comparing prices, the only meaningful comparison is scope line by line: what is being filled, sanded, primed and sealed — not the number at the bottom.
Dubai's climate writes the painting calendar
Interior painting is possible year-round with ventilation, but exteriors belong to November through March: summer surface temperatures make paint dry too fast to bond properly, and humidity spikes cause blooming on fresh coats. Interior repaints schedule best alongside other disruptions — before a move-in, after civil repairs, alongside deep cleaning — so the household absorbs one period of upheaval instead of three. A good contractor sequences trades so the painter arrives after the dust is made, not before.
Damp and cracks: paint is the last step, not the treatment
A damp patch is a plumbing or waterproofing fault wearing a paint problem as a disguise. Painting over it buys weeks. The correct order is diagnosis, source repair, drying time, then redecoration — which is why having civil and plumbing capability under the same quote matters; the repaint doesn't stall while a second contractor is found. Hairline cracks are normal settlement and fill invisibly. Recurring or widening cracks are structural information and should be assessed, not decorated.
Colour decisions survive on your walls, not in showrooms
Dubai's light is intense and warm, and it transforms colour. A grey chosen from a fan deck in a showroom routinely lands blue or lilac on a north-facing wall at home. The discipline is sample patches — actual paint, on your walls, viewed morning and evening for a day or two. It costs almost nothing and prevents the most expensive category of painting mistake: the finished job that's technically perfect and wrong. Washable matt finishes have also matured; corridors and children's rooms no longer force a sheen compromise.
Living through interior work, tolerably
A well-run interior job is sequenced room by room, with floors sheeted, furniture wrapped and each area returned to usable state in the evening. Expect a typical villa interior to take three to five days with proper preparation; be suspicious of quotes promising it in one. The daily tidy is not a courtesy — it's evidence of a crew that controls its site. Ask how overspray, sanding dust and brush washing will be managed before work starts; the quality of that answer predicts the state of your house on day two.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
