This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what happens to it — in plain language, because privacy policies should be readable.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email if provided, and the details of the work you describe, including any notes. Our pages also record standard advertising attribution — the campaign identifiers (such as gclid and utm parameters) that brought you here, stored in your browser for up to 90 days — and basic technical data such as your IP address, used for abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote; to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the work you asked about; and to measure which advertising brings genuine enquiries, which is how we keep marketing honest. Where you provide a phone number or email, a hashed version may be shared with Google to confirm an advertising conversion (Google's 'enhanced conversions'). We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where it lives and how long
Enquiries are stored in our booking system and business records (including Google Workspace services such as Sheets and email) and are retained while we may reasonably need them to serve you or meet legal obligations. Attribution data in your browser expires automatically after 90 days. Processors we rely on — hosting, Google services, WhatsApp — handle data under their own safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to enquiries@xperthands.com. UAE data protection law (including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) governs how we handle personal data, and we honour requests promptly. Submitting a form is consent to be contacted about that enquiry — nothing more.
