Artificial grass that survives a Dubai summer.
Supply and installation of UV-stable turf on a properly built base — because almost every artificial lawn that fails in this city failed underneath, not on top.
- UV-stable grades only
- Base built for drainage and flatness
- Seams and edges finished by hand

Signs your artificial lawn was laid badly.
Most complaints about artificial grass are complaints about installation. These are the symptoms, and what each one is telling you.
The base was not compacted or graded. It will worsen along the routes people walk.
Falls or drainage were never built in. This is what causes the smell people blame on the turf.
Rolls laid with opposing pile direction, or seams pinned rather than glued and aligned.
Perimeters not secured. It gets worse with heat cycling and becomes a trip hazard.
A low UV grade. No installation can rescue this; the material was wrong.
Missing or insufficient infill, or no brushing routine. Sometimes recoverable.
No membrane beneath the base, or it was cut short at the edges.
Drainage build-up wrong for the use. Needs the base addressed, not more cleaning.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Existing surface removed, sub-base laid, compacted and levelled — the layer that decides whether the lawn stays flat.
Free-draining build-up and falls so wash-downs and rain leave, rather than sitting under the turf.
Grades selected for sustained UV and heat rather than showroom appearance, with the specification written down.
Laid beneath the base so growth cannot push through joints and edges later.
Joins glued and aligned by pile direction so the lawn reads as one surface, not panels.
Secured against walls, paving, kerbs and pool copings so edges do not lift or curl.
Silica infill brushed in to support the pile and keep it upright, chosen with heat in mind.
The turf specification, base build-up and area installed, in writing on completion.

Artificial Grass, the Xpert Hands way.
Artificial grass is sold on the turf and fails on the base. Laid over compacted sand that was never graded, or straight onto old paving with nowhere for water to go, it ripples within a season and smells after every wash-down.
We quote the base build-up as explicitly as the turf, because that is the part you will live with.
In practice that means the scope of work, the date and the number to call are printed on your invoice. No debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the record. Paperwork sounds unglamorous, but it is what accountability actually looks like: what we quoted, what we did, and how to reach us, all in writing.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Area, levels, drainage and what is underneath now — the three things that decide the method.
Pile heights and grades compared in daylight on your own site, not under showroom lighting.
Excavate, build up, compact, lay, seam, edge and infill, with the site cleared each day.
Pile brushed up, edges checked, offcuts removed and aftercare explained.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call between 08:00 and 20:00 — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- Written summary of every completed job
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and either prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month — or, where the job needs a look first, arranges a visit and quotes after it. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing in the morning. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a documented visit you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. Everything we agree is on paper — not our word for it.

We work across Dubai, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.
For villas and commercial premises
For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with scheduled visits and priority response. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Artificial grass, honestly.
The base is the product
Turf is a rug. What it lies on decides whether it stays flat, drains, and lasts. A properly graded and compacted free-draining base is unglamorous and invisible, and it is where the money should go.
The classic Dubai failure is turf laid on loose sand or straight onto old paving. Within a season you get ripples where feet travel, pooling where the falls were wrong, and odour where water never left.
UV grade is not a detail
Sustained UV is the thing that ages turf here, and grades differ enormously. The cheap roll and the good roll look identical on day one; they look nothing alike after two summers.
Ask for the specification in writing. A supplier who will not name the grade is telling you something.
Heat is real — plan for it
Artificial turf in direct sun gets hot, and no product avoids that. What helps is shade from planting or a pergola, lighter infill, and accepting that a hose brings it down quickly.
It matters most for pets and small children, so it is worth deciding where the shade will come from before the lawn goes in rather than afterwards.
Seams, edges and pile direction
A well-laid lawn reads as one surface. That comes from laying all rolls with the pile running the same way, gluing seams rather than pinning them, and securing perimeters properly.
Edges are where failure starts. Against a pool coping, a wall or a paving line, an unsecured edge lifts, curls and then catches feet.
Where artificial grass is the wrong answer
Under heavy shade where a real lawn would struggle, artificial grass is a clear win. In a large garden you actively use for planting and soil life, it can be a decision you regret.
We are happy to quote either. If a real lawn programme serves you better on a given plot, we would rather say so than sell the roll.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — between 08:00 and 20:00 a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
How long does artificial grass last in this climate?
Does it get hot underfoot?
Is it suitable with dogs?
Can you lay it over existing tiles or concrete?
What maintenance does it need?
Managing property, not just living in one?
Offices, retail, F&B, clinics and residential buildings run on different terms: response times you can hold us to, one account manager across every site, and documentation your inspections will ask for.
- A written SLA with response times by severity
- One named account manager across all your sites
- Consolidated monthly invoicing and reporting
- Quarterly reviews against the numbers, not anecdotes
Ready when you are.
Tell us what the property needs. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, with a fixed quote in writing or a visit first if the job needs one.
