How an engagement works

Every relationship starts the same way, whether it's a dripping tap or a portfolio contract: you tell us what the property needs, a specialist prepares a fixed quote in writing, and nothing is booked until you approve it. Work is done by uniformed specialists, documented in a written summary, and guaranteed for thirty days in writing on your invoice. For businesses, the same structure scales into SLAs, named account managers and quarterly reviews.
