A pool that's always ready to swim in.
Scheduled cleaning, water chemistry and equipment care by trained pool technicians — with a written log after every visit.
- Trained technicians, consistent schedule
- Chemistry tested and logged every visit
- Equipment checked before it fails

Signs your pool needs a professional.
Pool water is chemistry plus machinery, and both punish inconsistency. These symptoms appear before the water turns.
Chemistry drifting or filtration falling behind. The stage before green, and far cheaper to correct.
Algae established. Recoverable in days, but the cause needs identifying or it returns.
Counter-intuitively a sign of too little free chlorine — the smell is chloramines, meaning the water is spent.
The gauge announcing a service need in advance. Ignored, it becomes a pump failure in July.
Bearings or impeller wear. Component price now, replacement price later.
A possible leak in the shell or plumbing — worth testing rather than topping up indefinitely.
Calcium out of balance, which damages surfaces and equipment over time.
If your current service leaves no log, the chemistry may not be being tested at all.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Surface skimmed, floor vacuumed, walls and waterline brushed, baskets and traps emptied — every visit.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser measured and corrected, with the readings recorded for you.
Pump, filter and valves checked each visit; pressure readings tracked so problems announce themselves early.
Backwashing and media checks on schedule, cartridge cleaning as needed.
Neglected pools restored to swimmable, with the cause identified so it doesn't recur.
Pumps, filters, heaters and chlorinators repaired or replaced under a separate fixed quote.
Readings, work done and anything to watch — sent after every visit.
Thirty days on all repair work, in writing.

Pool Care, the Xpert Hands way.
A pool is chemistry plus machinery, and both punish inconsistency. The difference between crystal water and a green surprise is rarely dramatic — it's a technician who actually tests, actually logs, and actually looks at the pressure gauge.
Our pool technicians are trained, scheduled and supervised. You get the same person, a written log, and equipment problems caught while they're still small.
In practice that means the guarantee is printed on your invoice with the date, the scope of work and the number to call. No proof-of-purchase hunting, no debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the agreement. It's a small piece of paper that changes the relationship: we return because we said we would, in writing, not because you argued well.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Size, type, current state, and any equipment quirks you know about.
Weekly or twice-weekly care priced in writing; one-off works quoted separately.
The same technician on a reliable schedule, logging every reading.
Wear flagged before failure, quoted before touched.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
Your details go to our booking team and nowhere else. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- 30-day written workmanship guarantee
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Overnight messages are answered first thing — if it cannot wait, call instead and a specialist picks up. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a thirty-day workmanship guarantee you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. If that standard slips, you have it on paper — not our word for it.

Annual PlansAnnual Maintenance Contracts→Across Dubai, daily
Our teams are positioned across the city through the day, which is how we reach most of the city quickly, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.
For villas and commercial premises
For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with priority response and preferential rates. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Pool ownership, demystified.
Chemistry is a weekly discipline, not a monthly rescue
Pool water in Dubai operates on hard mode: heat accelerates chlorine loss, summer bathing loads spike, and dust arrives daily. Chemistry that drifts for two weeks becomes a green pool; chemistry checked and corrected weekly never gets the chance. The readings that matter are chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser — and the discipline that matters is logging them, because a written log is how trends get caught before they become colours. If your current provider doesn't show you numbers, they may not be taking them.
The equipment room tells the future
Pumps, filters and chlorinators announce their failures in advance: rising filter pressure, falling flow, new noise, small leaks at seals. A technician who reads the gauge and listens to the pump on every visit catches these at component price; ignored, they surface as a dead pump in July, which is also when everyone else's pump dies and parts run short. Proactive equipment care is the least visible part of pool service and the part that pays for the contract.
Green pool recovery, and preventing the sequel
A green pool is recoverable in three to five days: shock treatment, continuous filtration, brushing, and rebalancing once the algae is dead. The more important question is why it happened — lapsed chemistry, a failing chlorinator, inadequate circulation, or a filter past its media life. Recovery without that diagnosis is a subscription to recoveries. Expect a proper provider to hand back a clear pool and the cause, in writing, with the fix priced separately and honestly.
Summer versus winter care
Summer pools need more of everything: longer pump hours, higher chlorine demand, more frequent checks — heat and bathing load consume chemistry daily. Winter is gentler but not optional; circulation and balanced water remain the defence against the algae that waits for shortcuts. Rooftop and compact pools amplify all of it, since small volumes swing faster. A schedule that flexes with the season, rather than repeating a fixed routine year-round, is the signature of a provider who understands the machine they're maintaining.
Safety equipment that isn't optional with children
For family villas: compliant pool fencing or supervised access, drain covers in good condition, chemicals stored locked and away from the pump room's heat, and clear sightlines from the house. None of this is dramatic and all of it matters more than any water-quality metric. A service visit should note damaged covers or unsafe storage as a matter of course — part of maintaining a pool is noticing the things around it.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
My pool has turned green. How long to fix?
What's included in weekly service?
Do you repair equipment?
Do you handle rooftop and community pools?
Can you take over from another company mid-contract?
Managing property, not just living in one?
Offices, retail, F&B, clinics and residential buildings run on different terms: response times you can hold us to, one account manager across every site, and documentation your inspections will ask for.
- A written SLA with response times by severity
- One named account manager across all your sites
- Consolidated monthly invoicing and reporting
- Quarterly reviews against the numbers, not anecdotes
