The air you breathe comes through these.
Duct and coil cleaning that measurably improves air quality and cooling efficiency — inspected with photographs before and after, so you can see what came out.
- Before and after photographs from inside the ducts
- Cleaning that improves cooling efficiency, not just air
- Fixed price agreed before work starts

Signs your ducts and coils need cleaning.
Ductwork is the one part of an air-conditioning system nobody ever sees, which is why its condition is almost always worse than owners expect.
What settles on the grille is a fraction of what is inside the duct behind it.
Microbial growth on the coil or in the duct. It is an air-quality issue that a deep clean resolves.
Recirculating dust and spores. In sealed Dubai homes the same air passes the same contamination repeatedly.
Restricted airflow from duct build-up, crushed flexibles or a fouled coil.
A dirty coil cannot transfer heat efficiently, so the system runs longer for the same result.
Construction dust enters the system and stays there until it is mechanically removed.
Common in properties five years old and over — and usually visible immediately on camera.
Higher particulate load means shorter intervals between cleans.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Ducts examined and photographed so the scope is based on their actual condition, not a guess.
Brushing and high-power extraction through the run — the method that removes build-up rather than moving it.
Evaporator and condenser coils degreased and washed so heat transfer is restored. This is where efficiency lives.
Blower wheels cleaned blade by blade, the component that most affects airflow once it is fouled.
Removed, washed and refitted rather than wiped in place.
Cleared and treated, removing the moisture and residue that biological growth needs.
Applied where inspection shows it is warranted — not automatically added to every invoice.
The same views as the before images, so the difference is evidence rather than assurance.

AC Duct & Coil Cleaning, the Xpert Hands way.
Duct cleaning is sold heavily in Dubai and delivered inconsistently, because the customer cannot see the work. A vacuum held at the grille removes what a household vacuum would; the build-up further along the run is untouched. We photograph inside the ducts before and after for exactly that reason — it is the only way an owner can tell the difference between cleaning and the appearance of it.
The coil matters as much as the duct. A fouled evaporator cannot transfer heat, so the system runs longer, costs more and still cools less. Cleaning ducts while ignoring coils treats the air and leaves the efficiency problem in place, which is why we treat them as one job rather than two upsells.
In practice that means the guarantee is printed on your invoice with the date, the scope of work and the number to call. No proof-of-purchase hunting, no debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the agreement. It's a small piece of paper that changes the relationship: we return because we said we would, in writing, not because you argued well.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Size, system type, symptoms and when cleaning was last done, if ever.
Where access allows we inspect first, then confirm a fixed written price for the work needed.
Zones protected, mechanical cleaning and extraction, coils and blowers washed.
Before and after photographs, a written summary, and the thirty-day guarantee.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
Your details go to our booking team and nowhere else. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- 30-day written workmanship guarantee
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Overnight messages are answered first thing — if it cannot wait, call instead and a specialist picks up. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a thirty-day workmanship guarantee you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. If that standard slips, you have it on paper — not our word for it.

Our teams are positioned across the city through the day, which is how we reach most of the city quickly, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.

For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with priority response and preferential rates. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Indoor air in a sealed Dubai home.
Why air quality is a Dubai-specific problem
For much of the year, Dubai homes are closed systems. Windows stay shut, and the same volume of air is recirculated through the same ductwork continuously. Anything that accumulates in that path — construction dust, desert particulate, pet dander, biological growth on a damp coil — is not diluted by fresh air the way it would be in a temperate climate. It is re-presented to the household several times an hour.
The coil is where efficiency is won or lost
An evaporator coil transfers heat from your air into the refrigerant. A film of dust and grease on its surface acts as insulation, and the system compensates by running longer. Owners experience this as a rising bill and weaker cooling, and frequently respond by adding refrigerant to a system that never needed it. Cleaning the coil addresses the actual cause and often restores performance immediately.
What a proper duct clean involves
Effective cleaning is mechanical: brushes or air whips agitate build-up while high-power extraction removes it from the system, working through the run rather than at its endpoints. It is slower and noisier than the alternative, which is why the difference between providers is so large. Ask what equipment is used and whether the inside of the duct will be photographed — the answers separate the two approaches quickly.
Renovation dust deserves its own visit
Building work produces fine particulate that behaves differently from household dust: it travels further, settles deeper and reappears for months. Any renovation with the system running, or even with vents inadequately sealed, ends with ducts holding a reservoir of it. Cleaning the ducts after building work — not before the final clean, after it — is what stops the house feeling dusty long after the builders have gone.
Sanitising: when it helps and when it is filler
Applied to a genuinely contaminated system after mechanical cleaning, a sanitising treatment is useful. Sprayed into a duct that has not been cleaned first, it is perfume over a problem. We recommend it where inspection shows growth and say so plainly when it is unnecessary — an invoice line that is not needed is one of the easiest ways for a company to lose the trust it spent months earning.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Will it actually reduce my cooling bill?
How long does it take?
Is it disruptive or messy?
Can you show me it was actually done?
