A deep clean that's actually deep.
Move-in, post-renovation and seasonal deep cleaning to a written checklist — supervised teams, professional equipment, and a walkthrough before we leave.
- Supervised, uniformed teams
- Checklist agreed before the visit
- Final walkthrough with you

Signs a deep clean is overdue.
Weekly cleaning maintains a surface. These are the symptoms that tell you the parts underneath it need attention.
Almost always AC grilles, soft furnishings and high-level dust recirculating through conditioned air — none of which weekly cleaning reaches.
Fine desert dust settled into carpet pile, mattresses and upholstery. It responds to machine extraction, not vacuuming.
Limescale and biofilm past the point domestic products reach. Descaling restores it; another cleaner will not.
Airborne cooking grease building on cabinet fronts and the hood. It compounds until it is degreased properly.
An empty property is the only time every surface is reachable — and at move-out it is what protects your deposit.
Builder\u2019s dust is finer than household dust, gets into everything, and general cleaning passes straight over it.
What you can see on the grille is a fraction of what is in the system, and it is in the air you breathe.
After a Dubai summer of sealed windows and constant AC, an annual reset is the minimum most properties need.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Room-by-room checklist confirmed before the team arrives — so 'deep clean' means the same thing to both of us.
Hood, hob, oven interior, cabinet fronts and the backsplash — degreased, not wiped.
Limescale removed from glass, fittings and tile; grout brushed; drains cleared and sanitised.
AC grilles, fan blades, skirting, door tops, light fittings — the places a weekly clean never reaches.
Sofas, carpets and mattresses cleaned by extraction, not surface shampoo.
Windows, tracks and frames inside; façade work by arrangement.
A supervisor walks the property with you against the checklist before the team leaves.
Anything missed on the checklist is put right on the spot or re-attended free.

Deep Cleaning, the Xpert Hands way.
The cleaning industry runs on vagueness — 'deep clean' can mean almost anything, which is how disappointing visits get invoiced anyway. We remove the vagueness: a written checklist agreed before the visit, and a supervisor accountable for every line on it.
Teams are employed and trained by us, use professional-grade equipment and materials, and are used to working in furnished family homes with respect for the things in them.
In practice that means the guarantee is printed on your invoice with the date, the scope of work and the number to call. No proof-of-purchase hunting, no debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the agreement. It's a small piece of paper that changes the relationship: we return because we said we would, in writing, not because you argued well.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Property size, what needs attention, when you need it done.
You approve both before anything is booked.
Supervised team, professional equipment and materials, protected floors.
Signed off against the checklist, with you, before we leave.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
Your details go to our booking team and nowhere else. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- 30-day written workmanship guarantee
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Overnight messages are answered first thing — if it cannot wait, call instead and a specialist picks up. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a thirty-day workmanship guarantee you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. If that standard slips, you have it on paper — not our word for it.

Annual PlansAnnual Maintenance Contracts→Across Dubai, daily
Our teams are positioned across the city through the day, which is how we reach most of the city quickly, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.
For villas and commercial premises
For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with priority response and preferential rates. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Deep cleaning, specifically: what you should be buying.
Dubai dust is a mechanism, not a nuisance
The fine desert dust that penetrates every Dubai property is mildly abrasive and electrostatically clingy. It settles into AC grilles and coils, dulls surfaces, works into carpet pile and mattress fabric, and — because windows stay shut half the year — recirculates through the same conditioned air. That's why 'the house feels stale' is usually a cleaning statement about places no weekly clean reaches: grille faces, fan blades, high ledges, extraction-cleaned textiles. A deep clean is defined by exactly those places.
The checklist is the product
The phrase 'deep clean' has no fixed meaning, which is how disappointing visits still get invoiced. The fix is paperwork, not hope: a room-by-room checklist agreed before the visit, stating surfaces, methods and inclusions — oven interior or not, inside cupboards or not, extraction or surface shampoo. Then a walkthrough against that list before the team leaves. Any provider reluctant to commit to a written scope is telling you, politely, that the scope will be decided by whoever is holding the mop.
Extraction versus shampoo for textiles
Sofas, carpets and mattresses divide the market. Surface shampooing brightens fabric and smells like progress, but it pushes moisture and detergent into the fill, where Dubai humidity does the rest. Machine extraction injects and immediately recovers the solution, pulling embedded dust and residue out rather than deeper in. It costs more per item and is the only version worth doing — particularly for mattresses, which hold years of fine dust that a vacuum pass never touches.
The move-in clean is a one-time window
An empty property is the only time every surface is reachable: inside wardrobes, behind appliance positions, every centimetre of floor, AC grilles without furniture beneath them. Cleaned then, a home starts genuinely clean in a way no occupied clean reproduces. The scheduling rule is simple — after handover and any painting, before the moving truck. For post-renovation cleans, insist the scope names builder's dust specifically; it's finer than household dust, it's in everything, and general cleaning passes straight over it.
Judging a job when everything looks shiny
Every clean looks good at handover; the test is specificity. Check grout lines, limescale on shower glass, the oven's interior corners, the tops of doors and frames, AC grille faces, and behind bathroom doors. Those six spots are skipped first when a team is rushing, and they're exactly what a supervisor walkthrough should cover with the checklist in hand. A company that invites that inspection is confident in its work; one that hurries the goodbye is telling you where not to look.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
How is this different from my regular cleaner?
How long does a villa take?
Do you bring everything?
Can you clean before my furniture arrives?
What if something is missed?
