Waterproofing that starts by finding the source.
Bathrooms, roofs, balconies, planters and tanks — traced to where water is actually entering, then membraned and water-tested before anything is tiled back.
- Source traced before sealing
- Flood-tested before it is covered
- Written record of the system used

Signs waterproofing has failed.
Water gives warning long before it does structural damage. These are the signals worth acting on.
A wet-area membrane or a drain detail has failed. The stain is where water emerged, not where it entered.
Moisture rising or tracking through the wall. Painting over it is a countdown, not a repair.
Water moving through masonry and depositing salts as it dries. There is an active source somewhere.
Falls or drains failing. Standing water will defeat the membrane eventually, whatever it is made of.
Moisture behind a finish. It is doing its work out of sight.
Water beneath the tile bed. The membrane below has likely already failed.
An untanked planter pushing moisture into the structure continuously.
The source was never traced. Sealing where the stain appears treats the symptom.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Where water is entering established before any membrane is specified — sealing the stain is not a repair.
Surfaces cut back, cleaned, repaired and primed, because membranes fail on what is underneath them.
Liquid polyurethane, cementitious or torch-applied chosen for the exposure, not for convenience.
Upstands, corners, drains, pipe penetrations and thresholds — where almost every failure actually begins.
Wet areas held under water and checked before tiling back, so failure is found now rather than through a ceiling later.
Falls corrected to drains where water has been sitting, rather than membraning a flat puddle.
Tiling, screed and finishes put back by the same team, under the same quote.
The system used, the areas covered and the test result, recorded in writing.

Waterproofing, the Xpert Hands way.
A damp patch on a ceiling is rarely above the leak. Water tracks along slabs and beams and emerges at the nearest weak point, which is why so much waterproofing work is done in the wrong room.
We trace first. It is slower to start and it is the difference between a repair and a redecoration that fails again next season.
In practice that means the scope of work, the date and the number to call are printed on your invoice. No debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the record. Paperwork sounds unglamorous, but it is what accountability actually looks like: what we quoted, what we did, and how to reach us, all in writing.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Find where water is entering and why — the step that decides whether the rest works.
The membrane type, the detailing and the reinstatement, written down before work starts.
Strip back, prepare, apply in coats, detail the junctions, then water-test and record it.
Screed, tile and finish returned, with the test evidence handed over.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call between 08:00 and 20:00 — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- Written summary of every completed job
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and either prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month — or, where the job needs a look first, arranges a visit and quotes after it. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing in the morning. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a documented visit you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. Everything we agree is on paper — not our word for it.

For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with scheduled visits and priority response. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Waterproofing: where it really fails.
Failures happen at junctions, not in the middle
Membranes rarely fail across an open floor. They fail at upstands, at the drain, where a pipe passes through, and at the threshold into the next room.
Which is why the detailing is the job. A perfectly applied field with a poorly dressed drain is a leak with extra steps.
Test before you bury it
Once tiles are down, the membrane is unreachable and any defect costs a full strip-out to reach. A flood test before tiling is a few hours that protects the whole reinstatement.
Anyone unwilling to water-test before covering their own work is asking you to carry a risk they will not.
Falls matter as much as the membrane
Water that sits is water working on every weakness, continuously. A wet area laid flat, or falling away from its drain, will eventually defeat a good membrane.
Correcting falls means screed work, which is why an honest waterproofing quote is sometimes larger than expected — and why the cheap one comes back.
Roofs and balconies age under UV
Exposed membranes degrade in sustained sun. A system that performs perfectly in a bathroom may chalk and crack within a few summers on an open terrace.
Exposure decides the system, and where a membrane must stay exposed it needs a UV-stable topcoat and periodic inspection rather than being forgotten.
Planters are leaks with plants in them
A built-in planter is a permanently damp container attached to your building. Tanked and drained properly, it is fine indefinitely. Built without either, it pushes moisture into the adjoining structure year after year.
When we are called to persistent villa damp with no plumbing cause, a planter or a landscape bed against the wall is a frequent answer.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — between 08:00 and 20:00 a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
There is a damp patch on my ceiling — where is the leak?
Do you have to remove the tiles?
What is a flood test and why does it matter?
My balcony leaks into the room below. Is that waterproofing or drainage?
Can you waterproof planters and landscape boxes?
Managing property, not just living in one?
