Paving and hard landscaping built on a base that lasts.
Interlock, porcelain, natural stone, kerbs, steps and pergola bases — laid to falls that take water away from the building, on a sub-base that does not settle.
- Free site survey before any quote
- Sub-base compacted in layers
- Falls drain away from the villa
- Movement joints designed in

Signs your paving needs relaying, not repointing.
Surface repairs work when the base is sound. These symptoms mean it is not.
Bedding or sub-base has moved. Re-pointing will not hold; the units need lifting and relaying.
Falls are wrong or the base has settled unevenly. Water now sits where it should run.
The most urgent one. Surface water aimed at the building will eventually appear as damp indoors.
Movement beneath, or the wrong jointing material for the traffic. Refilling is a holding action.
No effective edge restraint. The whole field slowly spreads and joints open.
Structural movement or missing movement joints, not a failure of individual units.
A trip hazard, and usually a sign levels were fought rather than designed.
Sub-base built for foot traffic and then driven on. Needs excavation and rebuild, not a top-up.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Dug to the depth the finish and the traffic actually require, not to whatever was already there.
Built up and compacted in layers, which is the single factor behind paving that does not sink.
Levels set so surface water runs away from the building, with channels and gullies where needed.
Interlock, porcelain, natural stone or concrete laid on the correct bed for the material.
Kerbs and haunching so the field of paving cannot creep outward over time.
Designed in where thermal expansion needs somewhere to go, rather than letting it crack the field.
Risers kept consistent and treads laid with fall, because uneven steps outdoors are a hazard.
The build-up, materials and areas completed, in writing at handover.

Hard Landscaping & Paving, the Xpert Hands way.
Almost every sunken driveway and rocking slab we are asked to fix has the same history: the finish was laid well on a sub-base that was never properly built or compacted. The paving is blamed, and the paving was innocent.
So we quote the build-up in layers and depths, and we would rather lose a job on price than lay a good surface on a bad foundation.
In practice that means the scope of work, the date and the number to call are printed on your invoice. No debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the record. Paperwork sounds unglamorous, but it is what accountability actually looks like: what we quoted, what we did, and how to reach us, all in writing.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
Where water goes now, where it should go, and what the ground is made of.
Finishes compared outdoors in daylight, with layout and joint lines agreed before ordering.
Excavate, sub-base, compact, lay, joint and point, with staged payments against completed work.
Surfaces washed down, joints finished, offcuts removed and drainage checked under water.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call between 08:00 and 20:00 — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- Written summary of every completed job
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and either prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month — or, where the job needs a look first, arranges a visit and quotes after it. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing in the morning. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a documented visit you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. Everything we agree is on paper — not our word for it.

We work across Dubai, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.
For villas and commercial premises
For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with scheduled visits and priority response. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Paving that lasts: what it takes.
Depth and compaction, not the slab
A driveway carries a vehicle; a terrace carries furniture and feet. Those need different excavation depths and different sub-base thicknesses, and the difference is invisible once the surface is on.
Compaction is done in layers, because a thick layer compacted once is not compacted. This is the least visible part of the job and the one that determines whether you are calling someone back in three years.
Water must leave, and leave away from the building
Every paved area needs a fall. Where it falls matters more than that it falls: surface water directed at a villa wall finds its way into the structure and shows up as damp inside.
Where levels cannot give you enough fall, a channel drain does the work. Designing that in is cheap; retrofitting it means lifting what you just paid for.
Heat moves everything
Large paved fields expand and contract through the day and across the seasons. Without somewhere to move, that force goes into joints and edges, and eventually into cracked slabs and displaced kerbs.
Movement joints and proper edge restraint absorb it. They look like detailing; they are structural.
Pool surrounds are a special case
Around a pool the surface is wet, barefoot and chemically loaded. Slip resistance matters, as does a material that does not become uncomfortable in direct sun.
Drainage matters differently too — splash-out has to go somewhere that is not back into the pool or against the coping bed.
Natural stone and salt air
Near the coast, salt attacks poorly sealed stone and the bedding beneath it. Material choice, sealing and jointing all change within sight of the water.
It is a solvable problem, but it needs deciding at specification stage rather than discovering it on the first clean.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — between 08:00 and 20:00 a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
Why does paving sink in Dubai gardens?
Interlock, porcelain or natural stone?
Can you fix drainage that pushes water towards the villa?
Can you build the base for a pergola or majlis at the same time?
What are those white marks on new stone?
Managing property, not just living in one?
Offices, retail, F&B, clinics and residential buildings run on different terms: response times you can hold us to, one account manager across every site, and documentation your inspections will ask for.
- A written SLA with response times by severity
- One named account manager across all your sites
- Consolidated monthly invoicing and reporting
- Quarterly reviews against the numbers, not anecdotes
Ready when you are.
