A tired pool, brought back properly.
Resurfacing, retiling, coping and plant-room renewal — starting with whether the shell and plumbing are sound, because a new finish over an old leak fails twice.

- One team for shell, tiles and plant room

Signs a pool needs more than a clean.
Surfaces and structures fail slowly and visibly. These are the symptoms that mean the problem has moved past maintenance.
Render carbonating and breaking down. It will keep shedding into the water and holding dirt until it is renewed.
Adhesive has failed behind them. They will come off in sheets eventually, usually taking grout and render with them.
The band is losing its seal. Water behind tiles is what turns a tiling job into a rendering job.
Metals or chemistry history bonded into the surface. Cleaning harder will not shift it; the cause needs identifying first.
A leak in the shell, the plumbing or a fitting. Resurfacing over this is money spent on the wrong problem.
Thermal movement or a failed bed. A trip hazard now and a water-ingress route into the surround.
Structural movement rather than a surface defect. It needs diagnosing, not filling again.
Each repair is buying weeks. While the pool is empty is the moment to renew it properly.
Every visit, to the same written standard.
Shell, plumbing, plant room and structure assessed before any finish is quoted — so you are not paying to cover a fault.
Suction and return lines tested to confirm the pool is not losing water before the surface is renewed.
Marbelite, pebble or render finishes prepared and applied, with the old surface removed rather than skimmed over.
Tiles laid to a level waterline with grout and adhesive rated for permanent submersion.
Lifted or cracked coping stones reset, with expansion movement allowed for rather than fought.
Pumps, filters, valves and pipework replaced or re-plumbed while the pool is empty and accessible.
Hydrostatic relief checked before emptying, which is what stops a shell lifting in a high water table.
The scope, the materials used and the commissioning readings, in writing at handover.

Pool Renovation & Resurfacing, the Xpert Hands way.
Most pool renovations we are called to are the second attempt. The first was a new surface applied over a structure nobody tested, and the staining or water loss returned within a season because the cause was never addressed.
So we survey and pressure-test before quoting a finish. Sometimes that produces a smaller job than expected, which is a better outcome than a beautiful surface over a leak.
In practice that means the scope of work, the date and the number to call are printed on your invoice. No debate about what was agreed — the document in your hand is the record. Paperwork sounds unglamorous, but it is what accountability actually looks like: what we quoted, what we did, and how to reach us, all in writing.
Four steps. No surprises at any of them.
We establish whether the pool holds water, and what the shell and plant room are actually doing.
Finish choices shown against your surround and light, with what each one asks of you afterwards.
Drain, strip, repair, resurface, tile and re-commission — in that order, with the site kept safe.
Refilled, chemistry established from scratch, equipment commissioned and readings recorded.
Tell us what you need. Properly.
The more you tell us, the more precise your quote — and the fewer questions we need to ask when we call. Photographs are welcome; so is a one-line summary if that's all you have time for.
How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice. A specialist replies within fifteen minutes during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write overnight. Genuinely urgent? Call between 08:00 and 20:00 — that reaches someone straight away.
- Fixed quote before any work is booked
- No call-out charge for quoting
- Written summary of every completed job
What happens after you press send: your request lands with our booking team, not a call centre queue. A specialist who actually knows this work reads the details, checks them against your photographs and notes, and either prepares a written quote — itemised, fixed, and valid whether you book this week or next month — or, where the job needs a look first, arranges a visit and quotes after it. If anything is unclear they ask before quoting, not after arriving. You'll hear from us by phone or WhatsApp within fifteen minutes during the day. Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing in the morning. There is no obligation at any point: many clients use the quote to sanity-check another provider's price, and we're comfortable being the benchmark.
Senior people on every job — and every commitment in writing.
We won't show you invented star ratings. What we'll show you instead: a fixed quote before work starts, a documented visit you hold in writing, and specialists who put their name on the job. Everything we agree is on paper — not our word for it.

We work across Dubai, from the Palm to Mirdif. If your community isn't listed, call anyway — the list shows where we work most, not the limit of where we go.
For villas and commercial premises
For villas and commercial premises we run annual maintenance contracts with scheduled visits and priority response. Ask for an AMC proposal with your quote and we'll price both.
Before you renovate a pool, know this.
A finish is the last decision, not the first
The order that saves money is structure, then plumbing, then surface. A pool that loses water will lose it just as efficiently through fresh marbelite, and the new surface is what gets blamed.
A pressure test on the suction and return lines takes a morning and settles the question. If the lines hold, the finish is a cosmetic decision. If they do not, you have just avoided paying twice.
The waterline does the suffering
Dubai water is mineral-hard, and the waterline is where evaporation concentrates it. That band takes scale, sunscreen oils and chemical swings that the rest of the pool never sees.
Which is why a pool can look tired while being structurally fine. Retiling a waterline is a far smaller undertaking than a full resurface, and on many villa pools it is the whole job.
Draining a pool is a structural act
An empty pool is a large hollow box sitting in ground that may contain water. Where the water table is high — much of the coastal and Palm developments — that box wants to float.
The hydrostatic relief valve in the floor exists to let groundwater in and equalise the pressure. If it is seized, draining can lift or crack a shell. Checking it is not optional.
Finishes behave differently once they are wet
Marbelite, pebble and tile do not just look different; they age differently, feel different underfoot, and ask different things of your chemistry routine. A smooth render shows staining sooner; a pebble finish hides it but is rougher on feet.
We show samples against your own coping and in your own light, because a finish chosen from a showroom board rarely looks the same under Dubai sun and a blue water body.
The plant room is the cheapest part to get right
While the pool is empty, the pipework is exposed and the pumps are accessible. Replacing a tired pump or re-plumbing an awkward manifold at that moment costs a fraction of doing it as a separate visit later.
It is also the point where circulation problems get fixed. Poor turnover is behind a great many chemistry complaints, and no surface finish will compensate for water that never properly moves.

Straight answers to the usual questions.
These are the questions our booking team hears most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone. If yours isn't here, the fastest route is WhatsApp — between 08:00 and 20:00 a specialist replies within minutes, and you'll get a straight answer rather than a sales script. Nothing below is small print; everything stated here is what the written quote and the invoice will say too, because a company that answers plainly before the job is far more likely to behave plainly during it.
How long does a pool renovation take?
Do I need to resurface, or just retile the waterline?
Is it safe to empty my pool?
Can you fix the cause of staining as well as the surface?
Can you renew the pumps and filters at the same time?
Managing property, not just living in one?
Offices, retail, F&B, clinics and residential buildings run on different terms: response times you can hold us to, one account manager across every site, and documentation your inspections will ask for.
- A written SLA with response times by severity
- One named account manager across all your sites
- Consolidated monthly invoicing and reporting
- Quarterly reviews against the numbers, not anecdotes
Ready when you are.
