Cookie Policy

Cookies and tracking, explained.

What this site stores in your browser, what our advertising tools use, and how to control all of it.

What this site itself stores

Our pages store one thing directly: an attribution record in your browser's local storage, holding the advertising identifiers that brought you here (such as gclid and utm parameters), the page you landed on, and the date. It expires automatically after 90 days, is never used to identify you personally, and exists so that if you enquire, we know which advertising deserves the credit. No account, no profile, no tracking across other websites.

Advertising and analytics cookies

When our measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) are active, Google sets its own cookies to measure visits and conversions — the standard mechanics of advertising measurement, governed by Google's own privacy policy. Where you submit a form, a hashed version of your phone or email may be shared with Google to confirm that an advertising click became a genuine enquiry. Hashing means Google receives a scrambled fingerprint, not your readable details.

How to control it

Your browser can block or clear cookies and site data at any time through its privacy settings; clearing site data removes our attribution record instantly. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this site, call us, or submit any form — everything works without them. If you use an ad blocker or privacy browser, nothing breaks.

Changes and contact

If our use of cookies changes materially, this page changes with it. Questions about anything here: enquiries@xperthands.com — a person reads it.
